JJC Drones was brought on to document the full construction journey of Olive & Wooster, a modern mixed-use development in New Haven, CT. Working closely with the build team, we captured a wide range of aerial photos, cinematic video content, and detailed interior and exterior visuals throughout the project’s timeline.

From early vertical framing to final finishes, our monthly flights and walkthroughs delivered high-resolution media that helped stakeholders monitor progress, share updates, and market the space as it came to life. With consistent angles and strategic shot planning, Olive & Wooster’s transformation is now fully documented—from dirt lot to dynamic urban space.
