JJC Drones was enlisted to perform a detailed aerial survey of the Indian River Shops site in Clinton, CT, supporting early-stage development planning with high-precision drone data. Using our drone mapping and modeling tools, we delivered orthomosaic imagery, topographic data, and cut/fill analysis to help the project team evaluate site conditions and make informed decisions.

By providing scalable, high-resolution visuals and accurate measurements from above, we helped streamline site planning, reduce the need for repeat visits, and ensure the team had the data they needed—fast.
